Refrigerator seal was loose and didn't keep contents cool.

We liked the location of the hotel since it was in walking distance to Disneyland. The refrigerator was a problem since the seal was loose and even though the door was closed, it still let the cool air escape. We asked for a late checkout of 2 hours but was only allowed 1 hour or be charged. ...read more

There was no free Internet.

Clean, helpful and cordial staff, close to our destination, restaurants and freeways. We have stayed at this hotel in the past and it is still one of our favorites.
